The room looked outdated and wasn't properly cleaned; a dirty toilet awaited me, and no one from housekeeping followed through on promises. The front desk staff, despite efficiency, seemed indifferent. Breakfast was tempting, but I skipped it. The shuttle process was chaotic, and parking turned into a hassle rather than a convenience. On the bright side, the restaurant was a decent spot to study, but it can't overshadow the frustrations I encountered. I doubt I'd come back anytime soon.

The ironing facilities came in handy as I needed to freshen up my clothes before a meeting. the sitting area was spacious and comfortable, allowing me to relax and unwind after a long day of travel. On the downside, I found the in, room safe a bit tricky to use, and it took some time for me to figure out how to properly lock and unlock it. The Wi, Fi in the rooms was also inconsistent, with frequent dropouts that made it challenging to stay connected for work purposes. I appreciated the effort put into providing complimentary toiletries in the bathroom, although I would have liked to see a wider selection available. The refrigerator in the room was a nice touch for keeping drinks and snacks cool. The television provided had a good selection of channels, but the AM/FM alarm clock was a bit outdated and difficult to set. I would have preferred a more modern alarm clock for easier use. The flat, screen TV was a nice feature, but I found the carpeted floor in the room to be a bit worn and in need of replacement. The room service was prompt and the food was satisfactory, but the menu could have offered a wider variety of options. I did not have the opportunity to utilize the car hire service, but I did take advantage of the dry cleaning service, which was efficient and well, priced. The bell staff and porters were friendly and helpful, providing assistance with my luggage upon check, in and check, out.

the crowne plaza was easy to reach from the airport and had a quick shuttle. our room was big and clean. also, the front desk concierge - latoya - was super helpful with our package and made sure we got the rooms we wanted.
